How It All Began :

There isn’t much of a story behind my blog, to be honest. I was always in need of a platform to express my passion for books and anime (as I don’t have a lot of friends who watch anime or read books IRL). So, the thought had been in the back of my mind for a long time, and then one day, to my surprise, I overcame my procrastination (and laziness) and gave it a go.  In hindsight, I am so glad i gave it a go that day as it led me to discover such a beautiful and encouraging community of amazing bloggers.  I’m honestly having so much fun blogging and exploring and appreciating the blogs of others.

Advice for new bloggers:

I’m in no position to offer any kind of advice to bloggers old and new, as I’m a newbie myself. Even so, I can certainly share the things I’ve learnt in these two months.

Interact! Interact! Interact!: Most of the bloggers have already said this but It’s such an important thing that i had to share it anyway. You like the theme of that new blog you followed? Go post a comment and tell them how you feel. You like this post and have something to say about it? Why not share your views.

You will not only make some new and amazing blogger friends but will also feel satisfied and happy about it. Also, I know how excited I get whenever i get a new notification about a comment on any of my posts, so you’ll also be putting a big smile on their face by interacting with them. There’s nothing to lose and trust me, most of the bloggers out there don’t bite.

Don’t be afraid to be yourself: Sometimes when we write a post, we feel that it isn’t good enough or what we want to post might not be appreciated by the others. But there’s nothing to worry about! This blog is YOUR OWN platform. You can freely express your views and opinions and rants and raves and whatever it is that crosses your mind. That being said, it should also be in a respectable manner. You might just end up finding more people like you with the same interests as you.

    1. Thanks and you’re welcome! Even my frequency of posts has lessened, so I understand what you’re going through haha.
Yes! Blogs are definitely the best places to express yourself, especially when you’re awkward in real life (like me). 🙂

  5. Awh, thank you so much for the nomination!! I appreciate it so much! I loved your advice for new bloggers – it really does make all the difference. I loved your line about being yourself. So many times, I second guess if I should say something, but your advice is spot-on. Thank you again so much!! 😀

(Ugh. My WordPress account hates me commenting on things, so I’m super sorry if you got this twice – although my first message seems to have disappeared into WordPress oblivion so…hopefully this works. XD)

    1. You’re very welcome! 🙂
Aww thanks! Being yourself is very important. It doesn’t matter how crazy you seem to think you are, there definitely more bloggers who are just as crazy as you lol.
Ugh WordPress does seem to do that a lot. But I don’t think I received it twice. Thanks for going through all the work and commenting.

  8. Yay, you did it! ❤

I think your advice is so important and everyone should take it into account, not only here but everyone else they happen to share content. It makes no sense otherwise, at least not in my opinion.

Great post ^^ (and sorry for my late reply, I have no idea why this keeps happening)
